Moonlight Dance Cruises Important Policies

1. Cancellations:

All Monies are refunded, except our processing fee, if you cancel, as follows.

When cancelled after 10 days of registration and deposit – a $100 per person processing fee will be deducted.
When cancelled after 30 days of registration and deposit – a $200 per person processing fee will be deducted.
After final payment, if cancelled, each person will be  assessed – a $300 per person processing fee.

When cancelled 30 days or less before the cruise or  if you are a “No Show” – NO REFUNDS

If you get trip insurance, and have to cancel, you may put in a claim to the cruise line insurance administrator for a return of the above amounts, as applicable.

 
2. Health/Disability requirements:

All requests are required to be in writing, within 10-days of making their reservation; any physical or mental condition that may require medical or professional treatment requiring attention during the trip or that may require special care of assistance beyond which Moonlight Dance Cruises, or any ship lines provide; any condition that may pose a risk to the other passengers. All guests must represent and warrants that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to travel and that guests will comply at all times with applicable rules and regulations. Bryant Cruises reserve the right without liability to require a guest to disembark or to refuse a guest, who in their judgment is unfit to travel or may require care beyond that which is reasonable to provide.

3. Baggage and Valuables:
Moonlight Dance Cruises is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplace baggage and other property.
Your travel insurance will take care of most of the cost of lost or damaged property.

Every effort has been made to provide accurately information. We reserve the right to correct errors as well as revise the itinerary due to changing circumstances.

4. Travel Protection Insurance

Your travel insurance plan (your Plan) includes both insurance coverage and assistance services. You can cancel your insurance premium if you cancel your plan, within 10 day of purchase. Make sure you check your letter of confirmation from MDC to confirm your coverage and limits. It is inexpensive and provides peace of mind (and relief for your wallet in case of a claim).

We strongly recommend travel protection insurance.  I never book a cruise, for myself, without adding the insurance.   Insurance will help to protect most of your money.  You will receive refunds when claims are made to the insurance company.  Your claim should include the processing fee to MDC, as mentioned above, if you have a viable claim.

If you wish to decline insurance, a signed waiver is required on the registration form. All cancellations must be in writing and must be received by Moonlight Dance Cruises. You must include the following information in your cancellation letter:  Name, Cruise, Dates, & reason for the cancellation. 

This does not include the cancellation policies of the cruise line.

5. Credit Card Processing Fee : A 3% processing fee for credit card transactions will be added. This does not fully cover all the related costs of credit card processing for MDC.
